Wild Heart yoga welcomes you to find your sanctuary at our studio. No matter your back ground you are welcome in our Tribe. We offer a range of different practices for healing and improving your wellness. We range from traditional to alternative methods of yoga. Our instructors are genuine, to us that is the most important part of our studio. We aim to bring yoga from inside the studio and send it out into the world with you. We are inspired to help heal our world by first working on healing ourself. With over 30 classes a week to choose from you are sure to find your place in our Tribe. Each of our Teachers are RYT certified and experienced. Rather than focusing on our looks we focus on our vibes. Our teachers glow with love and teach with passion. Our teachers will uniquely work with each class to suit your abilities to make sure you leave class refreshed and ready to uplift the world.

Q About the Pilates Class

The art of controlled movements. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.
