Jane Brewer PRINCIPAL [PILATES INSTRUCTOR] Jane brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in clinical rehabilitation with Pilates, also holding training in Fitness and Exercising Through Pregnancy. Discovering Pilates whilst working as a Personal Trainer, Jane was amazed to discover a whole new world of strength and body awareness. Respecting the original repertoire of Joseph Pilates, combined with what we know about the human body today, Jane believes Pilates to be an essential part of health and well-being, a somewhat hidden ‘secret’ that everyone deserves to know about.

Studio Classes are capped at three people, allowing for continued individualised attention.
