Hi, I’m Meri. I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years helping people like yourself feel better both physically and mentally. I am by no means perfect, but my experience has helped me build the skills I need to help others.
I have strived to be the best version of myself as a person and in my modalities. I know your struggle and pain, as I have had my own issues that I have worked through.
My experience makes me specialised in pre/post rehabilitation, as well as, core strength and personal training. All my modalities are about how to look after my body, with a starting focus on the prevention of injuries.
