Also known as Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga is a combination of flow like movements that focus on building strength and endurance. This is a faster pace yoga and will burn serious calories and build strength in all areas of the body.

Power Yoga is a physical workout and each session is designed by the instructor to have its own style.

Power Yoga uses many of the same postures as Ashtanga Yoga, but not always in the same order. Yin poses are longer holds allowing the body to become more flexible by stretching the connective tissue and fascia in the body.

These longer holds result in a greater range of motion and are extremely beneficial to Strength and Conditioning training.

Sessions are held Monday to Thursday 10:15 – 11am and First and third Saturdays of the month 8:45 – 9:30am.
