We invite you to come and experience a fitness studio with a difference. Set on the slopes of the Redlynch Valley Mountains with breathtaking views. You are surrounded by a sense of rural tranquility. The fully air-conditioned studio is newly built on private residence and has been purposely designed to promote a sense of well-being. The fully appointed studio boasts a boxing ring and a collection of boxing memorabilia meticulously placed to motivate you to Dream, Believe and Achieve your desired fitness level. Owner Ken Dalton invites anyone fearful of pretentious gyms to come and enjoy the energy and vitality of his personalised fitness studio.

Redlynch Boxing Fitness Studio is a member of Fitness Australia and offers a range of options to hopefully suit all. You can partake in the group sessions, which often include group challenges. Or if you would prefer privacy, there are 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions available.
If you are already a keen boxer and simply want to have a good padwork session, 30 minute sessions are available. All our bookings are made two weeks in advance and our aim is to ensure that our customers get what they want.Why not try our newest service AquaBoxing. This is great for anyone recently recovering from injury or recent surgery who requires rehabilitation. The AquaBoxing can be combined with a Personal Training Session in the Gym 30 minutes each for an interesting twist to your training regime.In addition to intense and effective workouts, we offer full fitness assessments complimentary with any personal training session. The fitness assessment includes full body analysis which is maintained and used as a guide to ensure you are meeting your targets.

We aim to provide a highly professional and personal training facility where you are always welcome. There is even an open invitation to enjoy a coffee on our deck which overlooks the valley.
